					<description><![CDATA[LOL, Singing to myself has got me through some of the longer events this year. I would knock the volume down a notch when making a catch though as the suffering of a long distance TT is enough without inflicting riders with my out of key singing.

By the way I am sorry to hear of your injury issues. I hope you&#039;re getting back on track now. Last year was a write off for me with injuries, it took the fun out of cycling. Fortunately this year has been better. Best thing I&#039;ve found has been activation exercises and doing very some very light stretching and rolling in the evenings.]]></description>
