I studied at Bradford Grammar School and studied PPE, at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University.

Since 1999 I have been a member of the Sri Chinmoy Centre and give meditation classes in Oxford and York.

Cycling

I started cycling for Otley CC in the early 1990s. I have also been a member of Oxford University CC and Oxonians CC. I have been riding for Sri Chinmoy Cycling Team since 2006.
